ALL services by Linda Miller Photography are provided on the understanding that you have accepted these terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully.


All services are subject to the following terms and conditions. The term Event applies to any ceremony or function where the services of Linda Miller Photography have been employed.


Linda Miller Photography reserves the right to change prices and promotional offers without prior notice. The price agreed at the time of booking will be unaffected and honoured, regardless of any subsequent price changes being made. A deposit of 50 is required to confirm the booking, only then are dates confirmed. Deposits are fully refundable with seven days of booking; after which all deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due NO LATER than 14 days before the day of the event. Late payment or failure to pay any outstanding balances may result in no photographic coverage of your event, or production of album or prints. Payment for additional prints, albums etc must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment can be made by cash or cheque, made payable to Linda Miller. Interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the base rate of Abbey National Plc shall accrue in respect of any outstanding sum.


The fee you pay includes all photography, prints and services as stated in the package details or consultation. All travel expenses are included for Kent, UK. For bookings outside of Kent additional travel and accommodation charges will be applicable, and set at the time of booking. Where the photographers services have been booked for a specific time period, any additional photographic coverage will be charged at 50 per hour and part there of. Any additional coverage must be agreed by the party that made the original booking, and is to be paid either at the time of request or by invoice. Reproduction of any material is chargeable and costs advised at the time of request. Prints will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment.


The judgment of the photographer on photographic style and the quantity of photographs taken shall be deemed to be correct. Linda Miller Photography will endeavor to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture, location or group arrangement due to changes in the weather and the availability and willingness of the subjects. The Photographer reserves the right to delete, destroy or withhold any images, which are believed to be of a low technical or creative quality.


The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents act assigns copyright of all material produced to Linda Miller Photography. All production, reproduction or duplication of any material must be made through Linda Miller Photography. Copyright of all images can be transferred, subject to a charge. You agree that any photography or images produced may be used for advertising, magazine & newspaper articles or any other reason thought proper by Linda Miller Photography. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their guests are notified that their photograph may be taken, and used in publications, advertisements and other forms of print.


Linda Miller Photography shall be the sole (stills) photographer at the venues specified. However, Linda Miller Photography positively encourages family, friends and guests to take photographs throughout the day.


In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond Linda Miller Photography's control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights will be unaffected.


Linda Miller Photography cannot be held responsible for damage, delays or losses causes by third parties, such as postal services or couriers. All items are dispatched appropriately packaged and insured. Linda Miller Photography has adequate public liability insurance, details available upon request.


If Linda Miller Photography has to cancel for reasons beyond their control, (death, illness, injury etc.) liability shall be limited to refund of all monies paid. If cancellation is made by the client less than 30 days from the event date the total fee will still be due, as compensation for loss of income to Linda Miller Photography. If cancellation is made by the client more than 30 days before the event date then any monies, other than the deposit, will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded.

Should the event be postponed, then, subject to Linda Miller Photography being available, all monies will be applied to the new date. If Linda Miller Photography is not able to accommodate the newly appointed day then all monies paid will be refunded, less the booking deposit. Linda Miller Photography cannot be held responsible for delays or no coverage due to incorrect information, dates, times or changes that Linda Miller Photography have not been informed of.


Linda Miller Photography reserves the right to change package details without notice. Contents may vary due to availability of specific print finishes, sizes and presentation items. Please allow three to six weeks for delivery, due to print finishing and packaging. Only complete packages, not part orders, will be dispatched. Unless otherwise advised/arranged. One print per final image will be supplied. These images are accounted for at the printing and packaging stages and the correct number of prints will be posted out.

Replacement prints will only be supplied if the original prints are damaged during postage and the damaged prints are returned to Linda Miller Photography.


Linda Miller Photography will store your details on an internal database; these details will NOT be given to any individuals outside Linda Miller Photography. Should you wish to have your details removed from the database, please advise Linda Miller Photography in writing. Occasionally information may be sent you about products and services of Linda Miller Photography that may be of interest to you.
